In 5 weeks, you will learn different tools to cope with mental illness and trauma. Each week, there is a different module. These modules are intensive and include homework. This program is not for someone who doesn’t want to put in the work. I’m putting in blood, sweat, and tears into this program and my own well-being, and I expect the same from you.
In addition to the modules, you will receive different hand outs and exercises, resources, a directory of good vibe business with coupon codes for your altar supplies, and a private Facebook group to serve as a sacred container for us to process, share, engage, and support each other.
Pre-Module Training: Journaling – You will learn to journal effectively, process emotions, find clarity, channel your gifts, and discover your purpose with a specific journaling strategy and prompts. Journaling is a building block and will be used throughout the program.
Module One: Crystals – You will learn how to identify what crystals do, and which crystals to use for what. You will learn your seven major chakras and how to perform crystal healing on yourself.
Module Two: Setting Up Your Sacred Space – You will learn how to create an altar or meditation/quiet area, even if you have a very small or shared living space. I had three altars in a 750 sq. ft apartment I shared with my wife, son, and pets. It’s possible, and a key to making self care a habit!
Module Three: Tarot and Pendulums – Sometimes we don’t have all the answers. You will learn how to use tarot and pendulums to help guide you in difficult situations and bring clarity to any aspect of your life.
Module Four: Meditation and Mindset – You will learn how to meditate and set intentions. You’ll learn how to shift your mindset and rewire your brain from negative thought patterns.
Module Five: Establish and Maintain Boundaries – You will learn why boundaries are important, how to create them, and how to enforce them. This will be an intensive module, and might be difficult for some due to trauma, but it will allow you to set a foundation for self-care, self-respect, and self-preservation.
How am I qualified to help you?
I am continuously healing myself from self injury, depression, suicide attempts, eating disorders, hospitalizations, homelessness, PTSD, PMDD, and SAD through these exact same coping methods I teach. Through magic, energy, and meditating I’m able to lead a pretty incredible life and feel good on the inside. I’ve mentored hundreds of women and spoken publicly at anonymous conferences. I have previously (but am no longer) been a chemical dependency and alcoholism therapist. I have lived inpatient at mental health rehabilitation centers, and I have worked on the other side as a staff member helping these women.
Do I Have to Have a Mental Illness?
Definitely not! It’s important to talk about mental illness in order to relieve the stigma, and make people aware of it, but it’s absolutely not necessary for this program. Mental Illness is also a fluid occurrence. Thousands of women experience depression, but won’t classify it as a mental illness. This is for any woman just going through shit. We all deserve to feel good about ourselves, and connect with spirituality!
